Dear all,
In keeping with recent decisions of the Irish and UK governments to limit the number of people congregating together, it is with deep regret that the Committee have had no choice but to cancel DTC’s national at Bracken.
In addition no UK Police force will process visitor permits until further notice due to the ongoing Covid 19 Pandemic . I have tried to contact the Garda about their current policy but have not been successful thus far and will inform you as soon as I have a clear answer
If the PSNI start processing licenses please have you paperwork ready to submit at short notice.
All target shooting (at the National Shooting Centre Bisley) has been suspended in the UK until August 31, 2020.
The next competition on our calendar is An Riocht, 13-14 June. This comes right at the end of the Government’s current ban on all sporting events. So at the moment it is impossible to say if that will go ahead or not. I will continue to keep you posted about further developments as they arise.
