The National event at Kingdom “An Ríocht” Rifle & Pistol Club in July 2025 saw an impressive turnout and strong performances across the board. Among the highlights were standout personal bests (PBs), including Tom Egan, who took silver in Class B of Sporting Rifle 50m Prone with a PB score of 369.003, and Con Dunleavy, who secured gold in Field Sporting Rifle 50m Prone Class A with a remarkable PB of 396.024. Ellen McCormack also delivered a notable performance in Centrefire Pistol T&P1 scoring a PB and moving her into A Class, earning Gold with a score of 274.003.
Alongside the National competitions, a number of side matches were held throughout the weekend in Centrefire and Classic Rifle disciplines. These events saw great participation and some exceptional scores as well.
