Results – An Riocht – June 2022

As always a great weekends shooting in An Riocht, while the rain threatened all weekend, it held off – the same could not be said for the wind however, which could be best described as “good drying”.

People travelled from far and wide – lots of familiar faces, some new faces, some in An Riocht for the first time – Donall and Ruth McGroary from Donegal Target Club probably took the prize for most miles travelled – but they made it worth their while – taking home two Golds.

Well done to everyone who took part – some very nice scores.

Thanks to everyone who volunteered to RO during the match with An Riochts’ Dermot O’Connor running a tight ship in stats all weekend – special mention for An Riochts’ Joe Flynn who, even though he was up on blocks, RO’d all weekend.

Next up is the Irish Open in Bracken, Co Tyrone from July 1st through 3rd, Followed by BRC Shooting Club, Co. Dublin on July 23rd & 24th.
