Another great weekend in Lough Bo.

Thanks to Gerry and all the crew in Lough Bo for hosting the event and for putting in a word with the weather gods who played ball on the Saturday.
But we paid for it on the Sunday. It started out ok – but it was “a bit damp” for the afternoon.
That did not deter anyone – with plenty of hardy ROs running ranges – and plenty of hardy Competitors putting in some great scores – in what could best be described as “difficult” conditions.

A huge thank you to everyone who volunteered – we had a huge result in the call that was put out for volunteers – with over 20 people putting their hands up. It is what makes these big matches possible.
A special mention goes to MNSCIs John Reynolds, Paul Rock and Martina Quinn, Hilltops Hans Eckhardt and both Donall and Ruth McGroary from Donegal Target Club who all stood a post virtually all weekend – even in that fantastic weather we had on the Sunday.

David Corr with Corr Tactical was on site all weekend – to provide everyone with all their necessary equipment –  I’d say he did a roaring trade in all weather gear and wellies on the Sunday.

You will find the results here Competition Results – Lough Bo September 2021
